Álex Rovira Celma (Barcelona, 1 de marzo de 1969) es un empresario, escritor, economista, conferenciante internacional y consultor español. Ha vendido más de nueve millones de copias de sus diferentes títulos, siendo algunos de ellos número 1 de ventas en literatura de no ficción en España y también en otros idiomas.

Aceptar el desequilibrio es lo que nos permite corregirlo y hacerlo bello. En japón existe un arte maravilloso llamado kintsugi que consiste en arreglar las fisuras o fracturas de la cerámica con oro. Precisamente este arte, con el que se consiguen obras de una extraordinaria belleza, destaca la gracia de la fragilidad y de la imperfección. Cando se repara una pieza de cerámica fracturada, el artista no intenta hacer una restauración impecable de la pieza rota, más bien todo lo contrario: pretende subrayar y destacar la belleza de esas cicatrices, golpes o heridas porque en ellas está la vida tal cual es, y en el reconocimiento de la fragilidad es donde damos valor a la vida.
